Shipping & Returns

 

You decide where your parcel is delivered.

Your parcel can be delivered wherever you decide: at home, on holiday, at work…

We are able to deliver to the address that you have chosen, in the France or abroad or to any of the countries listed below.

For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs fees will be charged to the delivery address and will be requested at the time of the delivery.

The bill will be sent with the parcel unless the delivery and invoice addresses are different.

 

Shipping

 

In order for you to receive your goods in the best conditions and time delays, we have chosen the following delivery companies.

 

France deliveries:

 

Small / light parcels

Delivery by DHL within 2 to 3 days.

 

Returns

 

Under Regulation 10 of the Distance Selling Regulations, the Customer has the legal right to cancel his Order within fourteen (14) working days, starting on the day after the day on which the goods are received.

 

Our returns & refunds policy on standard goods that aren't damaged:

Please contact us to discuss a return or exchange within 14 working days starting on the day after the day on which the goods are received. Any goods returned must be packed in their original packaging. TARIAN may claim refund from the Customer in case of damaged products or goods which have been used and sent without applying reasonable care.

To avoid any excess charges by returning the product(s) to our French warehouse, we can organize a courier service to pick up the goods. The courier service will call you to arrange a good time to pick up the un-wanted product(s).

Within the UE, CH and UK: Fedex and DHL in 2 to 5 days

 

Outside European Union, customs duties and local taxes will be borne by the recipient.

Taxes and custom fees

 

For all deliveries outside the European Union, VAT, taxes and custom fees will be at the customer’s expense, and will be asked for at the time of the delivery. (The amount will be calculated once the goods arrive in customs)

 

TARIAN does not manage the tax refund. You can either contact the customs directly or have the delivery made to the asked address.

In this case, the invoice will be included with the parcel and a copy of the invoice will also be available in the customer’s account on the website.
